Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During Facebook Live events, new product launches, holidays, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, package size, and delivery destination.

We strive to charge only the actual shipping cost and do not intentionally mark up shipping fees.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Most USPS shipments arrive within 2–7 business days after they have been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

If a package is returned because an incorrect address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with USPS to help resolve the issue.
